In compliance with Data Protection legislation and the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679, 26th April, relative to the protection of natural persons as regards personal data processing and free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the personal data submitted will comprise part of a file owned by CristalRecord S.L.U.,  with the purpose of providing the service you have requested, i.e., their treatment is legitimised in the execution of a commercial contract in wich you are a part.

These data may be ceded to banking institutions authorised on the bill collection, to the Spanish Tax Agency and to the Public Registers to ensure compliance with the tax obligations. In addition, these data may also be communicated to the transport companies contracted by CristalRecord, S.L.U for processing and delivery of your order. However, international transfer of data are not expected.

Notwithstanding all this, you have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request a rectification or cancellation, right to request limitations and to oppose the processing treatment. To do this you must send an email to the address below, stating your request accompanied by the Personal Identity Card or Passport.

CristalRecord S.L.U. is committed to compliance with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to save them and adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of the technology. These data will be retained as long as the commercial relationship remains effective and not requested its cancellation by the person concerned. Subsequently, once finished the deadline established by law in tax and accounting matters, they will we cancelled.

 

The user shall respond, in any case, for the authenticity of the data submitted. This entity reserves the right to exclude any user who has submitted false information from the registered services.

 

In case you feel violated any right previously indicated, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise thereof, may file a complaint with the supervisory authority in the field of data protection, through www.agpd.es website.
